So I was working on a project, and saved it to my desktop, and it didn't save right (apparently) and now photoshop wont open it and gives me an error (not a valid photoshop file) arrrgh!

I had saved it as a tiff anyway, and when i looked on my desktop it had saved it as psd.

so i am totally pissed off at photoshop.

anywaaaay...

i got a new tablet, and it's been sitting here, and this was my first time using it. i'm trying to get used to it. which isn't easy especially if you are used to using a mouse. i thought they would be roughly the same, but nope...

the things i like most about painting with a tablet? u dont have to wait for paint to dry, you can layer in a jiffy, and you can just erase (though i've learned that it's better to not erase if u can help it... mistakes make things look better) and there's no mess to clean up!

The weird thing that makes it kinda hard is there are hardly any ways to randomly splatter paint all over... which is my fave thing about painting. but i've got a few brushes that do the trick, tho i might be looking for some new splattery type brushes, so if anybody knows of any, lemme know...

anyway... i guess i'll re-work my project, and hopefully like most everything else i gotta re-work, it will come out better the second time around. then again, i have nothing to compare it to now... so...
